Q. How can I ensure a wonderful Mona's Beauty World experience?

A. Tell us what you want! We want to make you feel special and look wonderful. By telling us exactly what you need and want, we can deliver wonderful service every time.

Q. Do I need to book?

A. Yes, We advise 1-2 days advance booking to ensure your preferred appointment time, especially on late evenings, early mornings and weekends. If you have an urgent requirement, do not hesitate to contact us.

Q. Can I change my appointment time?

A. Yes, Please give us 24 hours notice.

Q. Where is Beauty World located?

A. We are located at 22 Rosier Road, Glen Eden, Waitakere City, and Auckland.

Q. Can all the packages be changed to suit me?

A. Yes, All of Mona's Beauty World's packages can be tailored to meet your needs and time frame.

Q. How many staff do you have?

A. We have 5 staff.

Q. Can I book a treatment through email / phone?

Q. When should I arrive?

A. We suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your reserved time. Please understand that your treatment will end on time, so the next person will not be inconvenience.
